Articles of Incorporation and By-Laws

Article 1

The organization shall be called Drugs for AID and HIV Patients (DAHP). It is a faith-based non-profit organization founded in 2003.

Article 2

About Us
Drugs for AID/HIV Patients (DAHP) is a non-profit organization devoted to facilitate
care to Nigerian peoples living with AIDS/HIV (NPLWAH) through education on
prevention, testing of patients and provision of anti-retroviral drugs and medicines used
for opportunistic infections (OIs).

Article 3

DAHP is organized exclusively for charitable, religious, educational and scientific
purposes, including, for such purposes, the making of distributions to organizations that
qualify as exempt organizations under section 501 (c) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code,
or corresponding section of any future federal tax code.
